The Makers Market is a curated event designed to showcase handmade, handcrafted, homegrown, and locally created products while supporting fellow makers, artisans, growers, bakers, and small businesses.
Event Details
- Saturday, August 22
- Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wadecraft Farms - Ringgold, Georgia
- Vendor Fee: $20 per booth
Booth Details
Each vendor will receive a standard 10' x 10' outdoor booth space.
Vendors are responsible for providing:
• Tent or canopy
• Tent weights or stakes
• Tables and chairs
• Displays and signage
• Extension cords (if approved for electricity)
Electricity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access cannot be guaranteed.
Vendor Selection Guidelines
To preserve the spirit of the market, preference is given to vendors who create, grow, design, or produce their own products.
We welcome:
• Artisans & Makers
• Crafters & Creators
• Artists & Designers
• Farmers & Growers
• Bakers & Specialty Food Producers
• Handmade Bath & Body Businesses
• Woodworkers & Handcrafted Home Goods Makers
The Makers Market is not intended for:
• Yard sale or garage sale items
• Flea market merchandise
• Liquidation inventory
• Secondhand resale items
• MLM or direct sales companies (Mary Kay, Scentsy, Color Street, Paparazzi, Avon, Tupperware, etc.)
Setup Information
To help create a smooth setup experience, vendors will select one of two setup windows during registration:
• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Setup windows are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If your booth requires additional setup time, we strongly recommend selecting the earlier setup window.
- Upon arrival, vendors should unload their vehicles promptly, move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area, and then complete booth setup.
- All vendors must be fully set up and ready for customers by 10:00 AM.
Application & Acceptance Process
- Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse variety of products and vendors.
- Applicants will hear back within 7 days of submitting their application.
- Acceptance into the market does not guarantee a reserved space.
- Accepted vendors will receive a Square payment link and event details by email.
- Vendor spaces are secured only after payment has been received.
- Payment is due within 7 days of acceptance, and unpaid spaces may be released to vendors on the waitlist.
